Donations

‘At the deepest level, there is no giver, No gift, and no recipient … Only the universe rearranging itself.’

Jon Kabat-Zinn

In Judaïsm tsedaka is the religious obligation to redistribute money and to take social responsibility for those in needy circumstances.

The Dutch Union for Progressive Judaïsm is an ANBI. ANBI stands for a Public Benefit Institution recognized by the internal revenue service. As benefactor of a donation you will render fiscal benefits, because donors of ANBI’s get a tax deduction at their yearly income tax return.

Donations are used for the most urgent needs in our organization, unless you mention you have a specific goal in mind for your donation.
